Teamwork Tokushima

Teamwork Tokushima is a quarterly professional development and resource newsletter for team-teaching partners (JTEs and ALTs/AETs) in Tokushima Prefecture. TWT is published with the assistance of the Itano Sogo Kyouiku Center and several enterprising ALTs who compile and collate lesson ideas and articles on various aspects of the teaching process that are submitted by ALTs all around Tokushima, while contributing their own suggestions. The back issues also serve as a nice historical view and time capsule of ALTs and teaching ideas over nearly the past 10 years.

The format of TWT has varied over the years, but recent editions have followed the separated-by-school format. This is in part because of the birth of TokersAJET.com and Chiisai Sudachi, and various internet resources that have allowed people to exchange info and advice on Tokushima life. This also enables TWT to focus primarily on education/teaching resources.

This year's editors are:

- Josh Featherston (2nd-year, Tokushima) - Pre-school/Elementary School
- Noam Katz (3rd-year, Hanoura) - Junior High School and Online Editor
- Chris Byrne (3rd-year, Kawashima) - High School and Chief Editor
- Brian Petersen (2nd-year, Mino) - English Conversation and Quick Ideas

** We're beginning the process of creating digital copies of all the back issues of TWT, to be added to tokersajet.com so that you can access them anywhere. We hope to create a searchable resource for the countless thousands of articles that former Tokushima JETs have written, so check back for updates.
